Since you are near the end of your mentorship, it is time for you to gather and collect your wins and learnings, and write up your final report.
Our rounding up tips are:
1. Reflect on the learning objectives. What steps have you been able to take? What did you learn? And, what did you not? Did you change route and aim towards new objectives?
2. Schedule a 2-way feedback session with your mentor. Which tips or knowledge have been most helpful? Or what hasn’t? Be honest and learn from it, and make sure to give the feedback constructively.
3. Make a Plan for the Future. This can entail anything, such as:
What steps will you take to keep developing?
Which goal do you want to achieve and within which period?
Will you two check-in once you reach another challenge or milestone? Or when you finally achieved another goal?
